Gymnastics Showcase Format
The Gymnastics Showcase is an exciting opportunity for athletes to demonstrate their hard-earned skills in a supportive and fun environment.

Girls' Events: Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, and Trampoline.

Boys' Events: Floor, Pommel Horse, Rings, Parallel Bars, Vault, High Bar, and Trampoline.
The showcase will be structured as a circuit format, allowing participants to rotate through each event and perform their skills multiple times. This ensures that family and friends can enjoy every moment from different perspectives.
Unlike a competition, routines are not required to be memorized beforehand. Athletes will be guided by coaches throughout the event, with explanations of each station and assistance when needed, including spotting for safety. The focus is on celebrating progress, confidence, and the joy of gymnastics.
