Introducing Endurance Elite’s Elite Experiences – exciting themed celebrations held each month to highlight holidays and special occasions!
From epic egg hunts and ninja family nights to dance parties, cheer clinics, silks adventures, and more, each event offers a unique experience filled with fun, movement, and memories. Activities rotate between gymnastics, ninja, dance, cheer, acro, and silks – so there’s always something new to enjoy for kids and sometimes the whole family!

THIS MONTH'S EVENT
Special Event Policies
EVENT ENROLLMENT & PAYMENT

Participants must register in advance through the Endurance Elite Parent Portal or at the front desk.

All waivers and policies must be read and accepted before enrollment in any special event or open gym.
-
Payment is due at the time of registration.
-
No refunds will be issued for missed events. However, credits may be provided if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.
Accepted Payment Methods:

Credit/Debit Card (may be saved on file)

Cash (accepted at the front desk)

Punch Cards (available through the Parent Portal)

Makeup Tokens (see below)
MAKEUP TOKEN POLICY
-
Makeup Tokens may be used as payment for Special Events and Open Gym only if the participant has no balance due on their account.

Tokens must be used to cover the entire cost of the event. Partial token payments are not allowed.

Registration through the Parent Portal is not available for token use.
Token Requirements Per Event:

Friday Night Flick (FNF): 3 tokens
-
Parent’s Night Out (PNO): 4 tokens

Elite Experience: 3 tokens (unless otherwise stated)

Open Gym (any type): 1 token
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

All Open Gym and Adult Program participants must:

Create a Parent Portal account

Accept all waivers and policies
-
Sign in at the front desk before every session
DROP-OFF & PICK-UP
-
Friday Night Flick, Parent’s Night Out, and Elite Experience:

Ages 3 & up are welcome to attend, unless otherwise specified.
-
Parents must sign in their child at the front desk.
-
Participants should arrive on time for the event.
-
At pick-up, parents must sign out at the front desk.

Open Gym:
-
All participants must check in at the front desk.
-
If under 18, a parent/guardian must complete registration.

Late Pick-Up Policy
-
A $30 late fee will apply if pick-up is more than 15 minutes late.

Includes: Gym playtime, games, popcorn, and a movie

Ages, cost, and activities vary

Themes may include: seasonal celebrations, family nights, or skill-specific events (dance, gymnastics, ninja, cheer, silks, acro, etc.)

Open Gym
-
Lil' Foot Open Gym (Ages 5 & Under)

Includes one parent/guardian to supervise (free of charge)

Parent must remain in the gym with the child

All Ages Open Gym

For all ages
-
Children 14 & under must have a parent/guardian in the building

Parents may watch from the lobby
-
If a parent wishes to enter the gym and participate with a child 6 or older, they must pay for their own admission

Adult Open Gym (Ages 18+)

For adults only; a parent portal is required

General Open Gym Rules:

No spotting (staff supervise only)
-
No rough play or unsafe stunts
-
No food or gum in the gym
-
Water bottles are encouraged
-
Open Gym is a privilege and may be revoked for misconduct

DISCIPLINE POLICY
-
1st Offense: Verbal reminder
-
2nd Offense: Time-out (1 minute per year of age)
-
3rd Offense: Phone call & removal
-
Immediate Dismissal: Bullying, violence, or unsafe behavior
ILLNESS & HEALTH POLICY
-
Do not send sick participants
-
If symptoms appear during an event, parents will be called for immediate pick-up

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES & FIRST AID

Serious injuries: 911 will be called and parents notified immediately
-
Minor injuries: First aid will be provided and parents informed at pick-up
SNACK & FOOD POLICY

FNF: Popcorn included

PNO: Pizza included
-
Elite Experience: Snacks/meals vary by event

Open Gym: No food in the gym

Water bottles are encouraged for all events

Allergies must be disclosed at registration
TECHNOLOGY & DEVICE POLICY

Devices must remain in backpacks
-
No photos/videos of others without consent
-
Endurance Elite is not responsible for lost or damaged items
SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

Photos/videos may be taken by staff for marketing
-
Parents may opt out via the Parent Portal Photo Policy
DRESS CODE

Wear athletic attire suitable for movement

Hair must be tied back
-
No jewelry allowed

Footwear:

Barefoot require, unless specified otherwise for the event

Dance shoes may be required for genre-specific dance events
