Celebrate Your Progress!

At Endurance Elite, we believe in celebrating every athlete’s hard work and progress! Our Summer and Winter Showcases provide a fun and exciting opportunity for students of all ages and skill levels to perform and show off what they’ve been working on in class.

What to Expect:

Gymnastics Showcases – Gymnasts demonstrate their skills and routines, showcasing their strength, technique, and confidence.
Ninja Showdowns – A fast-paced event where our ninjas race through obstacles and show off their agility, coordination, and determination.
Dance, Cheer, & Silks Showcase – A dynamic performance featuring choreography, cheer stunts, and aerial silks routines.

Participation in our Showcases is optional but highly encouraged. These events create a memorable and rewarding experience for our athletes, allowing them to perform in a supportive and exciting atmosphere.

SHOWCASE POLICIES

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants and spectators, Endurance Elite has established the following policies for our Summer and Winter Showcases.

Participation Policies

1. Optional but Encouraged – Participation in the Showcase is not required but is highly encouraged to celebrate each student’s progress.

2. Eligibility – Students must be actively enrolled in a class at Endurance Elite to participate. Skills performed in the Showcase should align with the student’s level and training.

3. Registration & Fees – Athletes must register by the posted deadline. A Showcase fee will apply, covering participation, awards, and event production. Fees are non-refundable.

4. Costume Fees – Costume fees will apply ONLY for participants in the Dance, Cheer, and Silks Summer Showcase. Costume details and payment deadlines will be provided in advance.

5. Multiple Class Participation – Students enrolled in multiple classes such as Dance, Cheer, and Silks will only pay one participation fee for the Dance/Cheer/Silks Showcase. However, they are required to pay a costume fee for each class in which they are performing.

6. Costume Measuring & Sizing – Costume measuring will take place immediately after the participation sign-up deadline. Costume sizes are chosen to the best possible measurement, and switching costume sizes will not be allowed.

Attendance & Commitment

1. Attendance Expectations – Regular class attendance is strongly recommended to ensure athletes are prepared for the Showcase.

2. Performance Readiness – Students should be familiar with their routines and skills before the event. Coaches will work on Showcase preparation during class leading up to the event.

3. Mandatory Dress Rehearsal – Students participating in the Dance, Cheer, and Silks Showcase are required to attend the scheduled dress rehearsal. The rehearsal allows students to practice in full costume, run through their routines, and become comfortable with performance logistics. Failure to attend may result in removal from the Showcase.

4. Professional Photography – The Dance, Cheer, and Silks Showcases will offer professional photography sessions during the Dress Rehearsal.

Summer Showcase – Class group pictures and individual pictures will be available.
Winter Showcase – Only class group pictures will be available.
Photo Purchasing – Purchasing photos is optional. All photos will be delivered digitally via email within one to two weeks after the Showcase.

5. Day-of Arrival – Participants must arrive at the designated check-in time, ready to perform. Late arrivals may not be able to participate.

Attire & Appearance

1. Showcase Attire – All participants must wear the designated Showcase attire or appropriate class attire for their discipline (gymnastics, ninja, dance, cheer, silks). Details will be provided prior to the event.

2. Hair & Accessories – Hair should be neatly secured according to class discipline. No jewelry, excessive hair accessories, or loose items that could interfere with performance.

Spectator & Event Policies

1. Tickets & Seating – Tickets are required for spectators ages 3 and up. Seating is first-come, first-served. Ticketing details, including pricing and purchasing deadlines, will be announced in advance.

2. Show Duration – Each Showcase typically lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the number of participants and performances.

3. Photography & Video – Personal photography and video recording are allowed unless otherwise specified. However, flash photography is prohibited for safety reasons.

4. Respect & Sportsmanship – All attendees are expected to be respectful and encouraging. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Additional Policies

1. Awards & Recognition – All participants will receive recognition for their effort and performance.

2. Safety & Supervision – Students must remain in designated areas before and after their performance. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising young children when not performing.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy – Showcase fees are non-refundable. If a student is unable to participate due to injury or unforeseen circumstances, a credit may be issued at the discretion of Endurance Elite. Costume fees are also non-refundable once costumes have been ordered.

By registering for the Showcase, participants and their families agree to follow these policies to ensure a positive and successful event for everyone.
