During Open Gym, you and/or your child are welcome to use the equipment, practice skills, dance, or simply hang out. Please note that Open Gym does not include structured instruction or spotting.

 

Our coaches are present to ensure safety and enforce gym rules. Children ages 14 and under must have a parent or guardian present at all times. Drop-offs without supervision are not permitted.

 

We offer Open Gym sessions for all age groups—choose the one that best fits your needs!

 

All participants must create a Parent Portal account prior to attending.

(Any parent wishing to enter the gym and participate with a child ages 6 and up must also pay for their own participation. Otherwise, parents may watch from the lobby viewing area.)

OPEN GYM POLICIES:

ALL open gym and adult participants are required to create a parent portal, accept policies, and sign waivers before allowed in the gym. All participants must sign in at the front desk prior to participation in open gym or adult classes. A credit card may be saved on file to be used when checking in. Punch cards may also be purchased through the parent portal. 

Coaches will NOT spot students during Open Gym. Open gym is designed for free play, not class time. Cheer Open Gym is the exception. Coaches partake in spotting tumbling and stunts during Cheer Open Gym ONLY.  

​Children ages 14 years and younger should be accompanied by an adult in the building. Please do not drop off. Participation is not required. Parent’s guiding children 5 years of age or younger do not have to pay for participation.

Special Event Policies

EVENT ENROLLMENT & PAYMENT 

  • Participants must register in advance through the Endurance Elite Parent Portal or at the front desk.  

  • All waivers and policies must be read and accepted before enrollment in any special event or open gym.  

  • Payment is due at the time of registration. 

  • No refunds will be issued for missed events. However, credits may be provided if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.  

  • If using a credit or makeup token, parents must contact the front desk via email or phone call to apply it to the event.  

 

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS  

All Open Gym and Adult Program participants are required to:  

  1. Create a Parent Portal account.  

  2. Accept all waivers and policies before participation.  

  3. Sign in at the front desk before every session.  

 

Payment Options:  

  • A credit card may be saved on file for quick check-in.  

  • Punch cards may be purchased through the Parent Portal.  

  • Cash payments are also accepted at the front desk before participation.  

 

DROP-OFF & PICK-UP 

Friday Night Flick & Parent’s Night Out:  

  • Ages 3 & up are welcome to attend.  

  • Parents must sign in their child at the front desk.  

  • Participants should arrive on time for the event.  

  • At pick-up, parents must sign out their child at the front desk before they are released.  

 

Open Gym:  

  • All participants must have a Parent Portal, accepting policies and waivers.

  • Participants must check in at the front desk before entering the gym.  

 

Late Pick-Up Policy:  

  • A $30 late fee will be applied if a child is picked up more than 15 minutes past event end time.  

 

EVENT DESCRIPTIONS & RULES  

 

Friday Night Flick (FNF): 

  • Ages: 3 & up 

  • Includes: Gym playtime, games, popcorn, and a movie  

  • Rules: 

    • Campers should bring their own water bottle.  

    • Outside food is allowed for dietary restrictions only.  

    • Participants must follow gym safety rules at all times.  

    • Disruptive behavior will result in removal from the event with no refund.  

 

Parent’s Night Out (PNO): 

  • Ages: 3 & up 

  • Includes: Gym time, games, and pizza  

  • Rules:  

    • Participants should wear athletic attire and bring a water bottle.  

    • Behavior expectations follow the discipline policy (see below).  

 

Open Gym:  

  • Ages:  

    • Preschool Open Gym (ages 5 & under) requires a parent or guardian to be actively supervising their child at all times.  

    • Youth Open Gym (ages 6-17) – Parents are not required to stay, but must complete waivers before participation.  

    • Adult Open Gym (18+) – All participants must sign in and complete waivers through Parent Portal.  

 

  • Rules:  

    • Coaches supervise for safety but do not provide structured instruction. 

    • Coaches will NOT spot students during Open Gym.  

    • Open Gym is for free play and self-guided practice, not structured class time. 

    • No rough play, running, or unsafe stunts.  

    • Participants must take turns on equipment and be respectful of others.  

    • No food, gum, or drinks are allowed in the gym.  

    • Open Gym is a privilege – failure to follow rules may result in dismissal without a refund.  

 

AGE REQUIREMENTS & PARENT SUPERVISION  

  • Children ages 14 and younger must have a parent or guardian present in the building during Open Gym.  

  • Drop-offs are NOT allowed for ages 14 and under.  

  • Parents do not have to participate but must remain in the building.  

  • Parents assisting children 5 years and younger do not have to pay for participation.  

 

DISCIPLINE POLICY  

  • 1st Offense: Verbal reminder of rules.  

  • 2nd Offense: Time-out (1 minute per year of child’s age).  

  • 3rd Offense: Phone call home and removal from the event.  

  • Immediate Dismissal:  

    • Bullying  

    • Physical violence  

    • Unsafe behavior that endangers others  

ILLNESS & HEALTH POLICY

  • Participants should not attend if they are sick, experiencing symptoms, or have tested positive for a contagious illness.  

  • Parents will be called for immediate pick-up if their child shows signs of illness during the event.  

 

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES & FIRST AID  

  • Serious Injuries:  

    • Staff will call 911 immediately.  

    • Parents will be notified right away.  

  • Minor Injuries: 

    • First aid will be provided.  

    • Parents will be notified at pick-up or via phone.  

 

SNACK & FOOD POLICY 

Friday Night Flick:  

  • Popcorn will be provided.  

  • Parents should inform staff of food allergies upon registration.  

  • Outside food is allowed for allergy-related reasons only.  

 

Parent’s Night Out:  

  • Pizza will be provided.  

  • Parents should inform staff of food allergies upon registration.  

  • Outside food is allowed for allergy-related reasons only.  

 

Open Gym: 

  • Food is not allowed in the gym area.  

  • Water bottles are encouraged.  

 

TECHNOLOGY & DEVICE POLICY  

  • Personal devices (phones, tablets, etc.) should remain in backpacks.  

  • No photos or videos of other participants may be taken without consent.  

  • Endurance Elite is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged devices.  

 

SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY 

  • Photos and videos may be taken by Endurance Elite staff for marketing purposes.  

  • Parents may opt out via the Parent Portal Photo Policy.  

 

DRESS CODE  

  • Participants should wear athletic attire.  

  • No jewelry (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.).  

  • Hair must be tied back for safety.  

  • Footwear: 

  • Barefoot or grip socks for gymnastics/tumbling activities.
